Question English speaking Dr. in Las Tablas area?

Anyone know of an English speaking Dr. in Las Tablas area? Am working on my Spanish, but don't feel competent enough for a routine dr. visit.
    Thanks!

    Hi CJR,
Say, could you tell me who you found? I am also looking for a more local dr. I do have a fantastic doctor in David but he is a neurologist.
    Thanks

Hey India! I just now saw your note. Will let you know later, as I will be trying to visit him today. He's across from Super Carnes. Wish me luck!

Re: English speaking Dr. in Las Tablas area?

Just got back from first visit with Dr. Augustin Solis Barahona, across from Super Carnes. I was happy with the level of care, and think he's a good option for this area. The secretary says no one there speaks english, but he does very well. When he gets stuck for words, he just types in his Google translator. Hope this helps.
Of course the power went out (again) while I was there.

I saw a doctor there once, I forgot how much but it was reasonable.

I split my head open walking down via Espania once and I got 5 stitches at the Santo Thomas hospital in PC for $2. In and out within an hour, no problem.

The entire city seems to be a trip hazard to me. I've never seen so many steps, gutters, holes, cracks and missing sidewalk, protrusions, etc. in my life. But, alcohol was probably a factor!

Thats the Gods truth. You can be walking along and a manhole cover is completely gone. The little square green covers are missing frequently also. Best to pay attention or someone will definately be paying a physician.
