for different people, the best city might be different, so what is the best city for you?

1. Panama City - This is where the work is (although this country is not really the place to look for a job, it is good if you want to start a business)
2. Panama City - This is where most of the schools are
3. Panama City, David, Chitre - This is where most of the medical facilities are

If you want to work or study, Panama City is the place.

If you're a doctor (especially a plastic surgeon), try Miami Beach.

If you want to live, enjoy and don't like to sweat, I recommend Boquete.

And if you're my attorney, then live in David and take as long as possible to accomplish even the simplest tasks.

LOL, I am sorry to hear about your legal issues but that is pretty funny. You are not the only person I have heard that state their attorney does not much. If you need a legal reference feel free to let me know. My legal is pretty responsive and honest.
