Panama voice mailbox service.

Hi all,

Do anyone know if there is a service in Panama for local(in Panama) voice mailbox can be setup with a local number. I want to get a local panamanian phone number with voicemail and be able to either direct the voice mails to an email account or I can call and pick up the voicemail.
I do not think I want to get a cell phone account because I have not researched that.
This type of service would be along the lines of GotVMail - Virtual PBX, 800 Numbers, Virtual Office, Toll Free Numbers, Voice Mail but with a number local to panama.

I'm sure there are such services, but I do not know of any. Have you tried searching Google? You might find it easier to a find a service in Spanish than English.
