Hello,

I am hoping someone might know how to recharge Digicel Data Cards online.

I set up my online account, with a CC # and authorized a charge of $20 towards the cell number associated with the data card, I received a text message on my computer while online with the Digicel USB Stick that the charge was credited to my account but it did not extend my service.

Digicel has not responded to e'mails or text messages.

The account was active and working, and I can go into the Kiosk and pay for cards and what not, but I would really like to be able to recharge online.

Does anyone know how to do it???
