    Panama Traffic Laws

If you are blocking an intersection and a cop approaches, you need to talk to him for a minimum of 5 minutes while blocking traffic to avoid a fine.

If blocking an intersection and buying merchadise at the same time, the cop gets a 7 % commission which is taken out of the sales tax.

You stick out into the main road while chatting with a friend - mocca latte to closest cop.

Turning left - switch to right lane, go back to left at last possible second and make turn or just curve it all the way.

Turning right on cinta costera while going west - get into left most lane and make sharp right turn in such manner that car is perpendicular over all other lanes.

When traffic is moving slower than 20 Km/hr, make use of the emergency lane.

If you cannot afford new bulbs use full headlight at all times.

If getting a blow job while blocking an intersection, cop gets free handjob in back seat.

Picking up passengers - slam brakes and turn in car at angle, make sure to cover 30 % of left lane as well for passenger safety.

If not currently being honked at, simply pull into traffic again when you feel like it without looking.

Only two cars can pass after a red light.

You must enter one-way road the wrong way with a rapid fire double-honk.

Stop signs that are high up (alto) can be ignored.

Don't park where you get fines.

The only way to fail a revisado is to not being able to bring the car. Safety first!

Any mistake the ten days before Christmas - $10 on the spot for men and $5 for women.

Going 85 on 80 road - $85 mandatory fine and traffic school.

Talking on the cell phone while rolling around the corner at 5 Km/hr - $75 mandatory fine and 10 minute safety lecture by Panama's finest.
