Thread: Effective Communication

As some of you know, communicating in Panama is like going back to your childhood.

A friend of mine recently tried a new way of communicating and it worked like a charm.

He has a neighbor in a highrise who leaves their dog on the balcony to bark, pee and shit quite a bit. After reporting this and complaining to management for one full year, everything was still the same.

Henceforth he took his complete garbage bag and emptied it in the elevator right in front of the camera. The phones were ringing off the hook the rest of the day. He explained that next time he will go to the fish market and let it rot for 5 days in his kitchen first.

Neighbor is now keeping the dog inside.
