Thread: New Brazilian Steakhouse In Panama City

Anybody looking to get uncomfortably full? This past week I was in PC taking care of biz and staying at my friends place. After walking past this fairly new food orgy for the 3rd or 4th time in the past couple of months, I mentioned it to my friend and we decided to go eat. Now if you have been to a Brazilian steak house before this will not be a new experience. You are given a laminated card, one side green for more meat, and one side red to stop. There are 14 different meats that the servers continuously come around with ranging from bacon wrapped tenderloin to salmon. The "salad bar" is magnificent including sushi, prawns, and a complete list of different salads. The cost is $30 for the whole experience and tip is included on the check. Of course drinks and dessert are extra so don't be surprised if you spend more than that. Now I have a strategy when it comes to this type of dining. Don't let the servers load you up with meat to quickly. If you let them they will fill your plate with juicy morsels and you will be full in about 15 min. Take your time, keep the red side of your laminated card up always, and just ask for a tasty morsel when they walk by. This allows you to visit the "Salad Bar" without the meat getting cold. Pretty awesome meal, just don't eat it to late at night. I had trouble sleeping after this one.
