I have bought laptops from 2 differnt places.

The san fransico mall plaza underneath the supermarket is an electrical store, owned by an english indian spanish speaking guy usually at the cash desk very helpfull nice guy.

The second place for a better cash deal try via venneto the chinese shops always a bargain there sometimes a cheap used 1 as well

Best place? In the states. Better price and warranty, english keyboard and OS. You like spanish keyboards and OS? Panama I guess...
The audiofoto/panafoto/multimax/every other place has half decent prices for panama on common stock. You can price check online to see how badly you're getting nailed. If you're looking for something upscale or different there are a few asian places in dorado I buy parts from.
