(Need asap)

Hi all,

I don't think I formally created a post, so here goes...

I'm a single woman (45) looking for:

1. my own small apartment (nice & fresh,
nothing old & falling apart),
2. to rent a room in your home or apt. or,
3. I'm willing to share with someone for a much larger place where I have my own bathroom.

I just need a large bedroom if it's only a 2 bedroom place we are sharing, as I have to put my home office somewhere, & it would be in the bedroom unless I can rent 2 rooms within my budget.

If it's an apartment just for myself, 1 bedroom is fine so long as there's a living room area
for my office.

Looking for a nice area, non smokers, clean people & someone who's relatively
quiet, no loud music, yelling, etc.

$400-600 all inclusive depending on the quality of the place. I have no problem with Panamanians.

If it's my own apt., I don't need major furnishings, just a queen sized bed, couch, coffee table & end table. I can manage to buy the rest.
