Thread: What to Expect from Customs at Airpot

Question about what to expect from customs at the airport. What do you need to declare and what to expect?

Here is why I ask. I work from home and travel with 2 laptops. I need a backup. I've been through customs in Costa Rica with no problems. In Mexico it caused problems since I didn't declare it - even though I was well under the limit for what you can bring in dollar wise. They ended up searching every square inch of my luggage. In Madrid they asked where I was from (U.S) and waved me through. They didn't even x-ray my luggage.

Are you on holiday so you have a ticket out of Panama ?

I also travel with 2 laptops an Iphone and a blackberry, never had any probs
