Are there any good sports bars that would show the Stanley Cup playoffs and/ or college football games in the fall?

Any nice spots for REAL football too? The one where they actually use their feet :P I seen loads of bars with screens but not many where they actually turn on the sound as well.

I did manage to catch a couple of champions league games at Hooters, also the sport book in the Venetto which has lots of t.vs sometimes has a game on.

I did here that on the 28 may the Ventto will be showing the man utd, barcelona final

Suggest again the Venetto sport book, lots of coverage on all American sports

Superbook is by far the best place in terms of variety of sporting events. They even have a Slingbox in case your game isn't shown on Panamanian cable or satellite. Superbook is located across the street from the Marriott Hotel (Royal Casino). I watched the whole NHL and NBA playoffs there the last couple of years. It's the only place in Panama that you can virtual guarantee they will show your game.

Bennigans at Extreme Planet (next to Multi Centro) is a cool place to watch a game especially on the weekends when it fills up with the local ladies..

Try Pavo Real on Via Argentina. It is a small sports bar with only 2 screens and a couple of pool tables but usually has the games on. The wings are very good and the owner is very personable.

Anyone interested in meeting up tonight to watch Vancouver win? The places mentioned around the Veneto would work best for me.
