I'm in the process of buying a new apt. here in Panama City and it will pretty much be 4 white walls upon move-in. Can anyone recommend a quality, reasonably-priced interior decorator here in the capital? He/She doesn't need to speak English. But it must be someone professional who can show me examples of his/her work and/or give references. Thanks in advance!
