    Seeking help obtaining a Mortgage. Great deal. No risk.

    I am looking for information for a private first mortgage for 5 years on a property in Panama City appraised at $150,000.

    Seeking someone to help me get a mortgage. In 3 yrs I can qualify to get it in my name.
    I will pay bank note PLUS extra points. total near 10% .

    Not Panamanian and due to unforeseen circumstances, I am unable to qualify for a bank mortgage.
