Thread: Is there a cheap movie night in Panama City?

Does anyone know if there is a cheap movie night in Panama City? Although I heard movies are about $5 USD? I am planning to do some shopping in Albrook mall, while the 2 boys and my husband goes to a movie. Afterward, it would be bowling for the entire family.

Wednesdays are 50 % off.

I guess I would need to be at Albrook Mall twice. Once on Wednesday for the movies and Friday for bowling.

The best place for movies in Panama is the VIP section at Multi Plaza mall.

Also - if you use your HSBC card at Multiplaza (not counting VIP)... you get $1 off (not sure if that works on discount night either).

If you are a Jubilado (female 57 or male 62 or older) everyday at the theater is 50% off

Or Pensionado regardless of age.... Jubilado depends on your gender, but not sure what the ages are anymore.

Ed -- do you use your Jubilado card at the movies?

I use it for all flights, electricity, hotels and on occasion the movies. I tried once for fast food just for kicks.

I want to try the car import in the next 1-2 years.
