Thread: Tourist Visa Run into Costa Rica Warning

If you haven't seen it already on Don Winners http://www.panama-guide.com/. There is a person that was living in Bocas by the nickname of "Wild Bill" and his wife that are suspected of killing several expats: http://www.panama-guide.com/article....00720194230383. According to the article they were last spotted north of Volcan. I am guessing they are probably trying to get into Costa Rica if they have not already done so.
