I went and checked out your website. If I can, a little constructive criticism.....That orange color you picked for a background gives me a headache. Maybe it's just me......

Becky, do you have any idea about the real estate market in Boquete?

The $195K one has kind of an Alpine look to it. Very nice. By the way, great orange backround on your website. Very refreshing and goes well with the greenery of the countryside.

There are a lot of houses for sale here. A lot of empty, brand new, houses for sale too. Most of them have optimistic prices on them, too high, I think. I do have to say that the quality of the house, and the size are better for the price than beach areas like Coronado. Everyone I talk to who hasn't bought say that they probably won't. "It's way easier to rent than to buy." is the sentiment I hear a lot.

    See.....someone likes the orange color.....

The color is very appealing to Dutch customers. Dirk, are you opening up a new international market? lol This, of course, was a pure rhetorical question. No need to reply. lol

On a more serious note, what you describe about the way the houses are build, I might want to have a look at them when I come down. Shouldn't be before long. I'd never expected that in Panama. You mean with real windows and real walls, light switches on the opening side of the door and stuff like that. "Halt echte deutsche Handarbeit." I think for that, I'd be willing to put up a premium.

    Hello,

we can make a site visit when ever you like.

And about the Color: If you see the sunset in Playa Las Lajas during the Summertime you understand why we love this color!

Well, I am looking forward to seeing a sunset at Las Lajas, so maybe the color will grow on me.
