Thread: Three fresh ripe pineapples for $1

HECK YEAH, 3 pineapples for $1 and 3 bananas for $0.25 = 3 Massive batidos (Panama style milkshakes) for almost nothing. Mangos are almost ripe and will be hitting those HARD soon.

Damn I love these kind of posts! Makes the whole concept and further cements that this is a doable thing, not just a pipe dream as long as one uses their head and shops for the bargains everywhere!

The pineapples usually are not that cheap but sometimes you get deals. If you live like a local and find the right place to live it is possible.

I saw 10 mangos for 1$ last week !! (even cheaper if you don't have your own tree...but in PC, that's kind of tough :P)

I love it when stuff like this gets posted! Every time my wife reads posts like this, she gets more excited at the prospect of returning to Panama to retire!

As long as it is Sobrerana or Panama!

We are planning on making the move in less than three years.

of course it is panama , would u expect anything less . and 3 years , it might be 40 - 45 cents a bottle by then lol

I got that same deal a month ago on a street corner in cangrejo... actually don't eat much pineapple outside of a pina colada but my gf was really excited. I think we have a picture someplace
