Louisville.... I don't know... I want to stay in Panama just for study Spanish and Latin culture. I don't really care which school or which area, the whole environment is my school. And maybe Cuba for salsa.

By the way Anne, I love lesmills too, BodyJam and BodyPump.

You have yor top 3 ; U of Panama, Louisville, and FSU.
A new player has just entered the game called Empire State College (NY based), but I know little about them.

The others located in Panama, you have to remember, are education for profit universities. In other words, they're run like businesses and the bottom line is to make a buck. These are open enrollment schools with no admission tests, no SAT sores necessary, and with no requirement other than money. Not recommended in my opinion.

    Thnx panama pirate
I'm actually interested in doing master @ louisville, hope to finish my 3year bachelor next year june. And by going to a university from the US i have more chance to keep receiving my sholarship... At the moment im studying latin american studies in the netherlands, wich is a totaly different university system than in the USA... (for example: universities all cost the same, but you have to have a certain level of education tok get in wich is normally a 6 year high school, you dont pay more for a better university and not all people can go to universitys, bachelor programms are 3 year and master 1 or 2)

I know a bit of the Panamanian University (went for a while to universidad de cocle in penonome) and i'm assuming that the Dutch government is not goign to give me my sholarship if i planing on doing my master here.

What about Universidad Latina and USMA? Are that the ones that cost a lot but dont offer a good education?

Uday1583: what are you planning to study in Panama and which university/college?
