Costa Grand Beach Village in Gorgona

There are some villas for sale here, and I was wondering if anyone has seen them, or if anyone has an opinion on this area.

Again, I appreciate everyone for all the info I have received!

OK THEN....does anyone know ANYTHING about Gorgona?

Just wondering - hubby and I are thinking of buying in this area. We are definitely moving to Panama in 3 years or so, and figure that we might buy a small condo or villa (like the link below). Not only for investment (RENTAL?), but to have a home to stay when we fly in. Also, think it would be a great idea to have a temporary home while we eventually build our dream home there.

    So, again, opinions?

We stayed at this place last year. They are tiny bungalows. Two bedrooms, no closets. Our kitchen did not have an oven. The beach is black sand and there are lots of stray dogs around. The beach was not clean as the locals leave their bottles and picnic food trash to be washed out to sea. This is a Panamanian problem as there are no trash receptacles on the beach because there is NO trash pick up. The pool is very tiny. This is an ok place to stay at for a short time. It may be kind of small to live in.
