I am in the early stages of looking for property to relocate to Panama. One of my biggest criteria is finding a place outside of Panama City with very good quality internet service. DSL/ hard wired cable is preferred over the wireless service because I have heard or read that the rain/wind often affects the wireless and satelite coverage.

I hope to be led to some good information or sources that can enlighten me on the areas that would have good coverage in the next four years.

We do not want to live in Panama City -- i know it is good there. Thanks!
