A tax / offshore banking haven.
I'm a little surprised it wasn't on the poll question, truthfully.
Panama is well-known for its banking privacy among sovereign-minded individuals.
Heck, when I mentioned to my co-workers I was going to Panama, one of the cheeky ones said
"What for? To open up a secret Panama bank account?"
There's only one reply to that...
"Well, it wouldn't be much of a secret if I told you, would it?" 
Interestingly enough, the same guy called me "the tailor of Panama" when I got back. I hadn't heard of the film, so I didn't know what the hell he was talking about at first.
Later, curiosity got the better of me and I Google'd the phrase. It looks like a pretty cool movie actually. Spy movies are among my favorites.
I'll have to check it out sometime. Maybe I'll spark up the download before I go to bed tonight..
