infrastructure

how is the infrastructure in Panama ....Is it well developed or developing?

There's no such things as "THE" infrastructure. For a coherent answer to your question, you must specify which area(s) of human or urban development you're referring to. Otherwise it's like asking (for e.g.) "How's your ability?"

There are some real positives, fairly decent internet connection, good water, compared to the rest of Latin America Panama rates well. I think the USA put allot of the current infrastructure in place. Problem is that allot of it is old. Probably one of the greatest improvements happening is to cover over the worst of the raw sewage in Panama Bay and putting in a treatment system.
