Well I can help you out with the supermarkets. Here are the ones I know of: Rey (which you already mentioned), Super 99, Machetazo, Riba Smith, Extra, Casa de la Carne, and SuperKosher.

However, keep in mind that the ones I mentioned above are only some of the large chain supermarkets so there are more but at least it should give you an idea.
