You really should be asking these questions of a doctor, not a bunch of strangers on an internet board. But -- as a non-doctor -- I don't see how high humidity would be a problem with eyesight. In fact, it should be just the opposite: extreme low humidity can cause dryness, etc. But high humidity can create problems for allergy sufferers, and allergies can affect the eyes. As far as hearing aids: Again, ask the person who sold you your devices. All electronics (TVs, computers, etc.) can suffer in high humidity, especially if you live at the beach where there's salt in the mix. But with hearing aids, designed to be inserted in your already-moist-and-salty body, I don't know if there's an issue or not.

we wil ask some experts than.
Allergy is possible? Which kinds of it?
Are Northamericans and Europeans very sensitive to some special allergies of tropical regions like Panama?

Google "allergies climate" or "allergies humidity" (or something similar) to get some advice from people who know what they're talking about.
