Is anyone a member of the "Retirement Wave" blog also?

The guy seems to be pretty good. That is, he doesn't pitch stuff on his website.

He's created a code of conduct meant to be used by developers to make sure the whole real estate purchase process is done ethically and no-one is defrauded.

Sounds like a good thing.

Brand new project & he's only found one developer who's on board, but I hope this takes off. It's a good idea.

Sounds like a paid endorsement. A Code of Conduct for Real Estate Agents already exists and can be downloaded from http://www.unacobinpanama.com/doc/codigo_etica.pdf

The members of the 2 largest real estate agent associations already follow it. It just needs to be translated into English and for those suckered by real estate agents to file complaints at the Ministry of Commerce to work.

Nope. I'm just a guy who likes his blog. I've no business dealings with him whatsoever (knew I should have added that in my initial post..)

If you look further at the guy's 'Retirement Wave' blog, you'll see he has no ads.

OTOH, that's quite interesting too.

That's why it's good to keep an open & impartial mind.

I think I'll ask him about this.
