If you are to choose, would you leave your beloved country and stay in Panama?

Since many of us here knows the beauty of Panama according to our exchange of information will you decide to stay in Panama for good? If I am to ask, I won't since Philippines is my birthright and my family is here. I would only visit Panama for vacation.

I don't really want to stay anywhere forever. I'm just worried about right now, so I would like to stay in Panama for some time in the near future. After that, who knows...

Probably. I like the fact that the day stays the same throughout the year--no need for daylight savings time @ 8 degrees north. Warm and hot weather all the time--if you want to cool off, head to the beach or get some altitude by going inland. I'm 3 hours away from the States, and a lifetime more mellow. Halfway between California and Argentina, roughly the same distance to Europe, and closer to the Caribbean--sounds like paradise to me.

    Cheers.

I think I would like to live in Panama. There is no problems for me in Panama. Most people just relax and get along more than in some other places.

We are seriously considering it but as of now , I have a health care issue that makes me hesitate .Looks like I will have it until I die . I would like to see better health care in the Bocas area before moving there full time .
As of now , I would have to fly to Panama City or David . With that "Golden Hour Window " as they say ,it would be a stretch to get there in time if necessary .
That really is the only thing that holds me back . I don't care for big citys so moving to the city is not a option .

I'm sorry that you have that health care situation. I hope that Bocas becomes more able to take care of you health-wise.

No, matter how beautiful the country is but still I would choose my beloved country. At least I knows people around, the place I was born. It hard too leave one's own place.

Same here, I've living at my place for such a long time, my friends, my memories and other things around here... I do admit it's not as great as some other developed countries but still this is where I grew up and this is where I live.
