Good morning!!
Only a few certain medications require written perscriptions (sleeping aides, etc.). I know several people that have various health plans from the states that are honored down here. Your best bet is to check with your plan in the U.S. and get it in writting that they will honor PANAMA.
I had BC/BS from Illinois and they wouldn't honor that I was in Panama, yet my girlfriend had BC/BS from CT and they honored PANAMA. So each plan is different.

THX a lot.

Is it cheap to take the incestion against Hep A/B
in Panama (Hep A and B), when we will arrive in Novemner for 4 weeks?
Is it an "one time - event" or do we need two injections?

Cheers
Mike

Hep A requires two injections six months apart. Hep B requires three injections spaced at least two months apart. Immunity does not begin until the series is over. You will be far better off to get them before you come to Panama.

I reply myself :-) :
B does not relly exists in Panama (wikipedia)

But how much bill the doctors
in Panama
for the Injection (3 times) against HEP A, including the expensive (?) stuff/medicine against Hepatitis?

Cheers
