I think yes.... Unfortunately yes... even poor families have one.. you can see TVs in many restaurants, and shops, even offices...during they day they mostly show NOVELAS

I personally don't watch any TV at all, I'd rather watch a good movie or read.

TV

There is about 100 cable channels, unfortunately they carry US media news, CNN, FOX, in English and also have a couple of softporn stations late at night. Why would you want to waste your time on TV in a country like this? There is to much to do, allot of friendly people, especially the women if you are a single or acting like a single guy.

Not only Panama. All countries really like to watch TV. Most of people will do that especially for some countries. Only a few poeple cannot watch TV especially for some people at Iraq or Afghanistan..

I don't think all countries are the same when it comes to watching TV. For example in Latin America, they watch a lot of TV especially the lower middle class and the poor.
In Europe someone that watches TV all the time is rather looked down to and seen as someone who is lazy and uneducated.
