    Bicycle Trails

I'm interviewing for a management job in Panama City. I've done a ton of research to make sure the move would be in the best interest of my family (I'm married with 4- and 7-year-old boys). Just about everything points me toward accepting the job, assuming the offer is made and it's in the salary range I need.

There is one thing that I haven't been able to find much information on. I'm an avid cyclist, so the availability of places to ride is a big consideration for me. I mainly ride the paved trails on my road bike here in Minnesota.

Does anyone have any experience biking in or near Panama City? I'd like to learn more about any trails that might exist, whether they be paved or mountain bick trails.

    Thanks!

The Amador Causeway is a nice place to bike near the city. My experience outside of that is you are taking your life into your hands if peddling around the city in general. Maybe somebody else has some suggestions?
