Seeking help to verify qualified and legal attorney from Panama. Does anyone knows which website/organization body I should browse to check for validity?

I would also make sure that they aren't from the area you are doing business in. If so, they will have lots of interconnections, family and conflicts of interest.

The Colegio Nacional de Abogados de Panama can be found at CNAPANAMA.COM - Colegio Nacional de Abogados de Panamá. You can also state the name of the lawyer and see if others on the board have done business or can vouch for him/her.
