Thread: Lic Jacinta Delgado - Panama Fraud

This attorney defrauded me of $4000 in Panama when trying to resolve a pre-construction contract issue.

She stole $11500 in total of which I managed to get $7500 back.

Then she made me sign a release and I found out later that she never even started the arbitration.

Stay away from this highly immoral thief!

What did you hire her for? How did you find her?

She was suggestion from a swiss banker her in panama by the name of Walter Borer. Nohemi Barrera was also involved in defrauding me.

I hired them to recover my deposit. They claimed to have started arbitration but in the end I found out they just sent a few emails and tried to steal my money.

Don't hold back on the details Deestiny, nothing like a good expose on one of Panama's finest which will hopefully prevent others falling for the same thing.
