Interesting. Even the bueaucrats can no longer continue the charade of telling people they'll receive Social Security benefits in their lifetime! The real value (and sickening part at the same time) of the statements was to confirm FICA contributions actually were applied to your SSN.

I think they will always send those checks out, but the dollar will be so devalued your SS check won't buy anything. The U.S. has become Greece on steroids. With the manufacturing base moved overseas the only thing left to produce and export is inflation and the Fed is excelling in that regard. The great "green energy hope" of Obama has dried up with the bankruptcy of govt funded Solyndra. The only "hope" left is to convert to safe haven assets and wait this storm out!!!!!!!!!!
