Can anybody help me with the information?
Will be dividends from my foreign company (outside Panama) subject of Panama taxation if I am a resident of Panama?

The quick answer is no, but the quick answer is given based solely on the information you have given. Panamanian taxation is geo based and applies only where revenue is earned within Panama. Dividends or other funds directed from foreign sources/entities into Panama are not subject to taxation in Panama. Being a Panamanian resident does not change that situation.

The big problem is tax withholding requirements at source so you might want to check on that.
