To sum up the so far known links between the anonymous New York Attorney and Alexandre Ventura Nogueira.

1. On August 17th 2007 The Plaza 16B Investment Corp and The Plaza 16C Investment Corp were established by her and she is the President and Director of both corporations. These corporations are the entities that contracted with Alexandre Ventura to purchase two units in the yet to be constructed Plaza Obarrio. Either these are nominee appointments or she is also the owner of the shares of these corporations.

2. In February 2008 Mrs Michailov communicates with investors in the Plaza Obarrio referring to the Anonymous New York Attorney as the legal representative of the project.

3. In March 2008 the Anonymous New York Attorney sends out a comminique from Alexandre Ventura to all the Plaza Obarrio investors that states the project is going to be built in another location and that groundbreaking is scheduled for April 2008.

4. In May 2008 the Anonymous New York Attorney informs the Plaza Obarrio investors that the project is 'moving forward' and will be constructed in a better location but there are delays in construction permits due to restricted opening hours of government offices. "The major development is the letter from the Ministry of Housing, allowing a
Condo Hotel project to proceed on the new lot without changes in current zoning."

5. In November 2008 shortly before David Murcia was arrested in Panama she attended a press conference along with Alexandre Ventura and Alex Altshoul in Bogota Colombia to endorse the DMG ponzi scheme as a brilliant business plan.

6. After David Murcia was arrested she established with Alexandre Ventura a foundation in the United States, "The Friends of David Murcia To The Rescue"

All the above allegations are suppored by records available in the public domain.

The Anonymous New York lawyer is uncharacteristically reticent in this fraud case and refuses to return phone calls. She has probably been too busy going off the deep end over the exposure of her real estate activities in Panama.

There are some very touchy laws in Panama about what a person can publicly state about somebody else. As you have noticed there is always a "work-around" when it comes to the internet.

We are, on the contrary, very easy to find and are NOT hiding from anyone!

Panama is a great place to live and work, if you take time to do basic investigations - it is not Panama City, Florida and there are many pitfalls for unwary investors. Many people were chasing quick profits in 2008 before the world economy collapsed but fortunately, most speculators are now gone. We have, on the other hand, closed scores of real purchases and investments for expatriates, investment funds and retirees in the past 3 years – in real buildings, real projects and with real developers.

You are all “barking-up the wrong tree” - your gripe is not with us as we have NO involvement with your projects….

During the last 3 years, I did recommend to clients NOT to invest in 3 different real estate projects in Panama, so you must be affiliated with one of these projects and venting your frustration at me for not allowing you to scam my clients. However, please note that no amount of personal attacks on me would make my clients change their mind and invest in pretty pictures. Or perhaps, you are a disgruntled competitor whom we had to bring to justice for stealing clients’ funds under the pretenses of escrow or trust services.

In any event, come forth and state your case – how and where did I steal your money???

We represent many expatriates, retirees and corporate clients, we review contacts to make sure that the terms are legal, conduct due diligence and thoroughly investigate titles to properties in Panama and report our findings back to clients, who make decisions whether to invest in any given project or country. Where were your own lawyers when you made the claimed investment and lost your money??? Perhaps, you should consider contacting them instead of posting your unfounded lies about me on the Internet.

The domain administrators who believe in what they post on the Internet do not hide behind anonymous registrations – no matter – you are running a scam and deceiving the public and this does matter to me, so we will be also reporting you to other consumer protection agencies – one of them is bound to shut you down eventually, even if you are not physically located in the US. It has been done before…..

Good luck with the thread cleansing. How did the freebie for the Plaza Obarrio investors go when they were invited to Panama all expenses paid to attend the groundbreaking at the new location? Did they get treated to a Consortium style 'groundbreaking' or was it postponed for some reason? I'll pass on the $250, you have never kept any other promises to stump up the cash. You have fluent Spanish and a Panamanian Law degree to do all this? The posts about you are true, pray enlighten us all as to which particular one isn't, exactly.

I have a challenge for xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx, give your business associate (who you have never represented) Alexandre Ventura a desk in your World Trade Center offices and all he will need is his check book and a pen. He can then write a check to refund everyone with a deposit on a Homes pre- construction contract ( as long as they have their passport and the original contract). Problem solved, what do you say Juliettte, or is that elusive planning permission still imminent?

I see that Juliettte Passser of Panamanagement has been successful in getting anything bad in the first couple of google search results removed. I didn't think it was that easy.

Well, she obviously finds it fruitless to continue denying that she was part of Alexandre Ventura's and David Murcia's scams so she prefers to try and eliminate her exposure on the web.

PANAMANAGEMENT ADVISORS CORP. is a company incorporated by Boris Dizenfeld and Juliettte Passser. He was also a fellow director (before resigning) of other corporations such as PANAMA MORTGAGE AND CLOSING CORPORATION and PANAMA TITLE RESEARCH COMPANY, INC along with Ms Passser. One other corporation Mr Dizenfeld was a director of was HOMES FURNITURE & INTERIOR DESING INC, (sic) this time a fellow director was Alexandre Ventura and the company was incorporated by Boris Michailov and Alexandre Ventura. What a small world!

David Murcia has just been sentenced to nine years in New York for conspiring to launder drugs money. Then he has got a 30 year sentence in Colombia to serve.

Looks like Julieatts Pussy and Alexandre Ventura's 'Friends of David Murcia to the Rescue' Foundation has not performed and his business plan was not so 'brilliant' after all..

as was informed recently. **************, alexaltshoul and alexandreventura were working closely together on all the projects Homes real estate failed to complete. One fact remains true as was informed to me earlier today by a US attorney that ******** and her firm are under investigation as she is the trustee of both accounts a.altshoul and a.ventura in a US bank were the ex Homes owners hide the moneys they vigorously stole from their investors.

There are a few investors who posses a substantial amount of evidence working on a major public campaign which will reveal direct involvement of all three in the group's fraud. The group will disclose their situation only in order not to violate the internet defamatory laws as was instructed by the attorney who took over they case.

There will be lots of material published online along with recorded audios and documents showing the flow of the money from Homes accounts to ********'s trust accounts where the money of these investors believed to be located.

Truth shall be revealed. One thing to remember is the client attorney privileges which julliete preserved due to the fact that she was paid very well by the fraudsters to represent their interests. I doubt though that she was directly involved in the scams but she definitely had the choice not to deal with the Homes owners as it was obvious enough that their doings were not 100% legit and fraudulent.

I shall inform everyone on this forum in the next month as to when the information will be available and those who were defrauded by the group will be able to join the network only if they are willing to show their faces and provide legit material proving that money was paid for projects which were never completed. Video interviews will be taken to record your OWN story.
