Thread: Visa, 90 days, In & Out, 72 hours

Hi All,

As of today, is it still possible to stay in Panama for 90 days..then leave for 72 hours and come back?

Can this be done indefinitely?

No maximum of days spent in the country per year?

Has anyone done it recently?

If yes, do you foresee any changes within the next couple of years or not?

Sorry for asking this again, but the latest post on this topic I found was in 2009...and I really need to make sure it hasn't changed.

No problem, there is rumor that they may change it to a full 180 days. Either that or you can only stay in the country for 180 days per year? Not sure what the case is but it is funny how rumors come true here.

Fingers crossed they don't switch to a 180 days/year maximum stay rule!
