Does Panama against Prostitution and Abortion?

Okay, let's going undergound a little bit
Does Panama have law against Prostitution and Abortion?
My country doesn't allow Prostitution, but allow Abortion.

That article is incorrect. Despite what the guidebooks say, prostitution is *not* legal in Panama, but the government does regulate the sex trade (go figure), prostitutes are plentiful, and arrests seem to only occur if the seller is underage. abortion is illegal also.... unless the women is raped (she haves two months since the rape) or the pregnancy serioursly menaces the woman life, in that case an authorized physician by a medical board appointed by the Ministry of Health can practice abortion if she gives consent. (art 142 - New Panama 2008 Criminal Law Code)
