Does Panama allow online adult business ?

My country law doesn't allow us to do online adult business
Can we form a company in Panama about this ?
or which country is the best regarding this ?

I know there are companies here that are in that business, *but*, I do not know where their servers are located. You really need to ask a Panama attorney.

You could probably setup an adult online business. If your intention is to provide "adult content" you would want to make sure it is 18 U.S.C. Section 2257(c) compliant. As long as your site abides by this you can host it on USA servers, probably the cheapest. I actually have friends that work on a server farm in the USA that does host content. I can give you a reference if you wish?
