Are the courts slow in Panama?

I've heard that the legal system in Costa Rica is very slow. Is Panama's legal system also very slow?

I don't know how the legal system in Costa Rica is, but I think Panama has one of the faster working systems in Latin America. For example, setting up a new company takes 3 days, in other Latin American countries I know it takes at least two weeks, or 1 month or even more. I've never had any legal troubles so I don't know anything about that.

I think the slow legal systems refer to lawsuits and trials. For example, in Costa Rica you might get arrested and then you will have to wait a while to see a judge and have a trial.
