Hi All,

I am in Panama city right now looking to setup a bar and restaurant.

I would like some referrals for legal advice covering tax law, visas for moving here and requirements, leasing of property rights and contracts, alcohol licensing etc... - all the legals of setting up the business and running it!

Ideally with some knowledge of the old town, Casco Viejo as this is my primary focus and with restaurants.

I am also very interested in prices as I only want initial advice... later will come when I am ready to invest in the actual legal fees... Do you even pay for the initial advice and meeting.
