Panama-Guide.com - This afternoon the President of the Panamanian Supreme Court, Chief Justice Harley Mitchell, spoke on camera about the widespread perception of corruption in the Panamanian judicial system, and particularly about the perception held
outside of Panama among the members of the international and expatriate community. Mitchell says they are taking specific actions to address the issue to include the formation of a committee of judges, ethics training, and efforts to increase transparency. (more)
