A great find in the interior. Owned by a couple from the U.S. for 14 years. They are also the only authorized camp ground in PANAMA with facilities for 20+ motor homes.
They have 4 rooms and 1 efficiency studio. Rooms start around $50/night.
There is also a restaurant that is full of sports stuff from hockey to rugby to baseball to soccer to American football to basketball. They have a big screen TV for viewing all kinds of sports. The restaurant is known for their hamburgers and home-made fries, along with home-made pecan pie! They also have daily specials that include American dishes, along with corvina. Prices are moderate with 1/2 lb hamburger starting at $3.25 and fries for $1.75. They also serve all types of booze.
They have various parrots and maccaws on the property and at times you will see monkeys coming out of the trees to be hand fed.
They are located away from the beach in Santa Clara--on the other side of the PanAmerican Highway. It is about a 3-5 minute walk to the beach. Expats tend to hang out around the place to answer your questions about PANAMA.
