Seriously frustrated - Looking for good people! Hiring now!

Hi, I've grown very frustrated hiring employees in Panama. My experiences here have been with people that are excessively 'laid back' (I'm trying to be polite here) and I'm sure you all know what I mean.

So let me give this a shot on this forum - if you possess any type of computer skills, sales or marketing skills, I'd be interested in hearing from you. We hire part-timers, pensioners, full-time or whatever your situation requires. All I'm looking for is a bit of working experience and maturity.

My company pays well and we are flexible to adjust to your particular needs. We are involved in buying and operating internet businesses and require people with a wide diversity of skills.

Send me a PM describing your situation and a link to your resume if you are interested.

What is a good pay in your mind for a computer science major from an semi Ivy League university in the US when in Panama?

It is not very unlikely you will find any professionals in that area in Panama unless you pay an international salary. I can only assume you pay complete shit or peanuts, i.e. less than what a 1 bedroom costs in Panama.

Re: Seriously frustrated - Looking for good people! Hiring now!

    Hello:

I think I might be interested and may a couple friends who would be as well to kill time. I am in Medellin, Colombia and do travel to Panama because of our airplane which is hangered there. I am on travel at the moment but can send a resume upon my return next week. I am a retired aerospace engineer with time on my hands who would like to do some busy work. What does the job entail and when are you looking for people to start? Do you have any forms that need to be completed?

    Cheers,

    Ralph

    Hi Ralph,

What kind of job offer are you proposing here? What wages?

Could you please provide me your personnal email adress so that we can talk about your offer?

I also can email you my resume.

I have already been to Panama, and even though I currently work in Paris, I planned to move to Panama in a couple months.

    Thanks & regards,

    Jean-Philippe
