Thread: Seeking House in Arraiyan

I'm seeking a modern (or renovated) house in Arraiyan that runs well for the most part.

The place MUST be able to receive regular Internet (no Wi Fi). I need to get real Internet & I know some areas don't have it.

Need to be able to get access to buses into PC & taxis.

Prefer La Arboleda area or similar. No construction being done & no loud neighbors every day.

Would love to be near scenic views.

Min. 2-3 bedrooms, 2-3 bathrooms, lights in all rooms, large kitchen with double sink, ample counter space & lots of cupboards/drawers.

Bedrooms don't have to be huge, but not tiny either. Bathrooms should have counter space, cupboards, etc.

Windows that open easily.

Need hot water, no previous mold issues, prefer ceiling fans or I'll have them put in, & split AC with remotes in some or most of the rooms.

Prefer a somewhat large backyard with a fence (if no fence, I may put one in) & a small piece of land where I can grow a garden for my produce.

Prefer unfurnished, although I could use a kitchen table, couch, dresser, etc.

I would eventually like to get a dog.

$400-$650/month.

I'm a reliable respectful tenant, I seek the same in a landlord.

The requirements you have specified might be difficult to find in Arraijan (unless you live on Howard AFB). Good luck!

Yeh I heard about that, but have yet to check it out.

I'm only familiar with the poorer area b/c of the Shaman I'm seeing.

Someone tonight suggested Coronodo which I haven't visited yet. I'm looking for a similar place to Arraiyan (nature & energy wise) close to the city & has the type of houses I want.

Any suggestions?
