I bought this property in January 2006 and commenced to build a whole new house that was completed in March 2008. So the house is brand new and built with the best materials and furnished with the best furniture and appliances. The house has a carport, terrace, kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedroom on the bottom floor. On the second floor is another bedroom (or office) and the master bedroom with master bath. The master bedroom has French doors that open to the 3/4 upper terrace. This is the signature feature of the house. From the upper terrace you enjoy views of the ocean and mountains. There is a full time employee that lives in the servant quarters. He maintains the grounds. The lot is very large (6000 m2). The house is 300 m2.
