Looks cool but do i have to use the voucher the day I purchase it?

Nope. Each deal has an expiration date. Usually they are about 6 months, but they are never less than 3 months. So you'll have 2 or 3 days to buy the deal (there is a countdown on the site) and once you buy it, you don't have to use it right away. There are as few restrictions as possible so you can experience and enjoy each business, how it was meant to be experienced.
