Lightbulb Beautiful Land For Sale near Beach in Panama

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to buy a great land in a growing tourist destination such as Santa Catalina in Veraguas, Panama. We welcome investors and buyers looking to relocate or retire in a relaxing and beautiful area such as Santa Catalina.

Price: $120 per square meterArea: is 4586.70sq meters(1.133398 acres).
    Water and Electricity Access.
Exact Location: Santa Catalina, Soná, Veraguas, Panamá.
The land is located 300 meters away to the beach riviera. The distance between the land and the beach is 2 minutes by car and 5 minutes by walk.

    More about Santa Catalina.......
Santa Catalina offers a smattering of surf camps, low cost hotels and a few eating establishments. Still fairly secluded, the closest town with ATM, grocery, other basic services is Soná which is about an hour away.

Literally a tropical paradise, Santa Catalina offers some of the best surf in Panama, the closest access point to Isla Coiba with its world class diving, great local dives and fishing and quiet charm for relaxing. It's beautiful beaches, lush forest and friendly people make it a great stop for travelers wanting to enjoy some of the best of Panama's natural beauty and local flair on a minimal budget.
The main street in Santa Catalina is the end of the road from Soná. The pavement ends at the Santa Catalina beach where local fishing boats anchor just past the break waiting their next fishing expeditions and surf and scuba visitors.
    Distances:
It is about an hour and a half drive South Southwest from Santiago. Whether you are coming from Panama City or David, you will travel through Santiago.
If you are driving from Panama City to Santa Catalina, plan on a 5 to 6 hour trip, but allow 7 to 8 hours in case of construction, rain, or side trips.

Climate: Santa Catalina is tempered by it location on the Pacific Ocean. Tropical year round, it is divided into the dry season during Panama’s “summer” from December through May and the wet season or “winter” June to November. The entire year, temperatures hover between 90 and 100 degrees Fahrenheit (30-34 Celsius) during the day and drop into the 70’s (20’s C) at night.

$500K for a 1 acre lot not on the water sounds quite high to me.

    Hi Ed,

If you are a moderator, who give you the right to say that I have not clue of what I am promoting. It is like you are promoting argument instead of arbitrates a conversation. This land belongs to a family member. Currently in Panama, there are not too much lands near the beach and there is high demand of this type of land. If I leave the question open, this is to see what they think it is right in front of their eyes. So please be more polite when you address to people and if it such an inconvinience or a sin to publish a land for sale, please inform that in written, so I do not publish one of my own big land I sell easily by lots in Panama. Regards, Gloria

You might want to bump the price from $550,404 to around $800,000 then.

Found an instuctional video: YouTube - Monty Python - Life of Brian - The Haggle

On a sidenote, also found a video about bringing/having the wrong/missing paperwork in Panama:

YouTube - stoned for saying jehovah (life of brian)
