I'am part Panamian/Colombian/American born in the States, Ok my mother is Panamian and we have several properties for sale. I hear all the time from people i meet and from forums, how the people in panama raise the price to their land that they have for sale, from the moment they hear your accent or when they see you. They have $$$ signs in their eyes. They think us americans come to Panama with suit cases full of money.
When it's not like that, people go to Panama for retirement, business, vacation. When we go to a 3rd world country like Panama, we go because it cheap right!!!! But that hasn't been the case. Remember I said my family has several properties for sale? Well I'am offering those properties for sale without the "Gringo Pricing" , I have 4 lots and a Farm for sale, pricing for the lots start @ $10,000 to $40,000 for 3 acre lots.
