Being good friends with USA is probably the best defense in case of an attack I think.
In the canal area there are several ships from US Coast Guard. Some say USA never really left Panama.

The Panama Canal is very important not just to the USA, but to most, if not all of the industrialized nations of the world. If someone were to attack/damage the canal, I suspect they would be made to regret it in short order.

On the Island where the meeting of political Labour party’s youth division took place a guy went in police uniform with a Glock and a sniper gun. He called people to him and started to execute people.
People fled the island and he went on shooting them in the water.
Witness says that he counts 20-30 dead in on the waterfront.
They say they have carried several boat-loads with wounded people as well.
This idiot seems to be speaking Norwegian with Scandinavian appearance.
The police have arrested him now.

The difficult in this situation is that that is exactly what they want. The harder "we" strike back, the more power they gain. I am not saying countries should stand by and do nothing, but im not sure what would be a good solution to these terrorist attacks, if there even is any.
Shooter is a 185-190 CM Norwegian with blond hair and I doubt he is a Muslim since they have been burning their own churches since the early 90s. There will be a lot of confusion with this one!
There is for sure a connection with the 2 incidents.
The bomb(s) went of 15:26
The guy entered the island around 17:30.
The island is 45 km away. About a 50 min drive.
The time and distance between the incidents is a gap enough for the same person to be both places.
The group “Ansar al-Jihad al-Alami” (the Helpers of the Global Jihad) say they are behind it.
Since it is very often it is popular to take the blame (honor) among groups like this, it is still not certain who’s behind this for real is so far not sure.

The shooter is now identified as Anders Behring Breivik.

A very common and mistaken idea on the left is that Jihadism is caused by poverty. Osama Bin laden was very rich and from a rich family. The 9-11 hijackers were all from upper class families. They have never even claimed that it was about poverty. If you take the time to read their own writings it is about re-establishing the Caliphate.

He probably has killed more than 100 persons. Yet the water around the island has not been searched, and he was probably shooting people in the water as well.

I hope when I wake up tomorrow, the news will say; Norwegian beamed to Panama, terminates all abusive pre-construction contracts and discontinuous country's right to issue vehicle titles.
In the meantime the people in Norway wakes up to a unbelievable national tragedy witch, difficult to understand.

Well..... we survived Panama, went back to Norway, and escaped to the Canary Island Tenerife. Just in time....BTW, &@$*#%% international living can't have heard about these islands...
Anyway, big big tragedy in Norway.... going back there in 10 days for a two week stay.
About these things there seems to be a lot of surprises.
Instead of being the radical Muslims Anders B. Breivik turns out to be a genuine Norwegian carrying this out. In the US in when looking for Muslims organizations to blame for these kinds of events it has showed to be genuine American citizens being the perpetrator.
It seems to be guys that like to sit rant their strong opinions on forums that are likely to snap.
Just so you guys know - he will get 21 years (75 days per victim) in prison (max per Norwegian law) and then they will let him out and probably give him free plastic surgery and a new identity + a handsome pension (I am guessing at least 5000 dollars a month + 20-25,000 dollars for security expenses). In the meantime they will let in about 500,000-1 million muslims and have either of the two sides keep repeating it.
