What do retirees do when they are over 65 and their Tricare Insurance stops and Medicare takes over???? I know that there is no Medicare in Panama, so what do they do?????

Insurance is relatively cheap here, and medical procedures are inexpensive compared to the US.

Retirees can only join the reserve force if they are still young. However, those who had retired due to mandatory maximum age limits, they are no longer allowed.
