"Few cities in Latin America can match the diversity, cosmopolitanism and sheer energy of Panama City..." - THE ROUGH GUIDE
How about:
Your Personal Guide to Panama
or
Everything you need to know about Panama
Given the format, policy, and direction of your site, I think the original is most accurate.
I.e., this is an online club, not an "information exchange" or "guide" or "everything you need to know." Viz., this is a place for anyone who can find Panama on a map -- and even for those who cannot -- to say whatever they feel like saying.
Btw, I don't mean that as a criticism or slam; it's a perfectly viable reason for having a website. And I think your original tagline reinforces that.
At the same time, as a former website owner, I know that your tagline is critical in getting Google hits -- and that's what success is all about. And maybe that's why you're posing the question. To that end, you should stuff your tagline with as many "hot" search words as possible, whether they're relevant to your site or not.
E.g., I don't know this for a fact, but I'll bet that "real estate" is very frequently searched in relation to Panama, as is the word "visa," the phrase "cost of living," etc. If you could stick all those words in there, you'd probably come up higher in Google rankings. A good SEO firm could help you figure out what is your best tagline from a purely business perspective.

"Best"? "Most accurate"? You've got to be joking...

"Few cities in Latin America can match the diversity, cosmopolitanism and sheer energy of Panama City..." - THE ROUGH GUIDE
Depends on the question being asked.
For travel advice, I'd use TripAdvisor.
Or, for budget/backpacker travel, Lonely Planet (ThornTree).
For advice about living in or moving to Panama, I'd use the Yahoo Group called PanamaForum.
For more specific advice about a particular subject or region, I'd use the appropriate Yahoo Group. E.g., there is one for David, one for Bocas, one for healthcare, one for legal issues, one for ex-pat parties, etc.
Now, having said that, I *much* prefer the layout of a board like this to the format of the Yahoo forums; they are too hard to search, it's too easy to duplicate threads, etc. -- not to mention that you have to monitor 5 or 6 (or more) Groups to get it all.
But the fact remains that, for now, the most knowledgeable, accurate, and current info about Panama is found in the Yahoo Groups. That may change if more of those Yahoo posters migrate to this forum, but most of them are pretty set in their ways... :-)
